Exchanges can be processed in the case of size issues. Please notify us within this period if you wish to exchange your product. We will arrange for the reverse pickup, which typically takes about 3 days to complete. Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality check and then dispatch the new product to you.If there is a price difference between the original and the new exchanged product, you will be required to pay the difference. However, if you receive a defective product (e.g., wrong or damaged print, cut, or stain), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
