How do I return or exchange my products?
We at Soul & Peace strive to give you the quality product of your choice. However, if you receive an incorrect/damaged product, you can mail us at support@soulandpeace.com and we will get back to you.
Items will have to be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
What is Soul & Peace's Exchange or Return Policy?
You can raise an exchange or return request within 4 days of product delivery (including the day of delivery and the time of delivery).
In the case of an exchange, we will replace the product with another product of the same value. The new product will be sent (in around 3-4 days after the pickup is done) after we receive the returned product and the product passes the quality check.
In case of refund, for online payment the amount will be refunded to your bank account or UPI Id within 3-4 days after the product is received (in around 3-4 days after the pickup is done) by us and it passes our quality check. or return. For Cash on Delivery - payment mode the amount will be refunded to your bank account or UPI Id. The cash on delivery charges of Rs 99 is non-refundable.
Soul & Peace's primary goal is to provide a pleasant shopping experience to our users and customers. We offer a replacement guarantee if the product received is damaged, wrong, or defective.
Exchange/return is processed once per order.
How do I send the product back?
We can arrange the reverse pickup (might be chargeable depending upon the pin code) or you can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post. If our courier partners are not able to serve your pincode then, in that case, you have to self-ship the product and we can reimburse up to Rs 100 for the reverse pickup. The product should be shipped within 2 days of raising the exchange/return request.
Will I have to pay for exchanging the products?
We can arrange the reverse pickup without any extra charges for the exchange. Note: We provide exchange only once per order. Note: Product will only be exchanged in case of a size issue. In case of exchange with plus sizes i.e. 3XL and above there will be extra charges.
How does the refund process work?
We can arrange the reverse pickup (will depend on pincode serviceability).
The refund will be processed after we receive the product (around 4 days after the pickup is done) and the product passes the quality check. We can refund the amount to your bank account or UPI id. In case of self-shipping also the refund will be processed once we get the product back and it passes the quality check.
I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?
Please send us images of the product at support@soulandpeace.com and our Customer Care Executive will get back to you with further instructions.
In the case of Combo Packs what will be the refund amount?
In case selected items are returned then the products that are kept will be charged for the full amount and the remaining amount will be refunded. Eg: In a Combo Pack of Rs 698 price of each product is Rs 349 but the actual price is Rs 399. Then the refund amount will be Rs 299 (698-399).
If you are buying the product as a gift then kindly confirm the size with the person for whom you are buying the product.
You can cancel your order within 6 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order enters the processing phase and it is difficult for us to cancel the order after that. If the request for cancellation is raised after 6 hours Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund amount. The order can not be canceled once it is picked up by the courier company.
In the case of prepaid order if the order is shipped and the product is rejected at the time of delivery then Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Note: For custom orders, there will be no refund or exchange as they are made on an order basis.
Return and exchange requests will only be processed once per order.
If the request is raised by the customer for exchange/return and there is a delay in the process from the customer side and 4 days exchange/return timeline has passed then we will not process the exchange/return.
All disputes are subjected to Chhattisgarh jurisdiction only.
