What if the product doesn't fit me?
No problem we will exchange the product if it doesn't fit you properly. Contact us at support@soulandpeace.com.

What if the product is defective?
All our products pass through quality checks before we dispatch them. In case of any defect just send us the image of the defective product at support@soulandpeace.com and we will replace the defective product.

Is paying online secure?
We use PayTM, Razorpay & Sezzle as Payment Gateway which are widely used and are one of the best Payment Gateway in India for online transactions.

How will I know if the product is shipped?
We send regular updates via email and sms regarding the product delivery. 

All disputes are subjected to Chhattisgarh jurisdiction only.
